Stressful situations

1.      What led to the situation faced by Greta Huebel?
From this article, one learns that Great is faced with a lot of stressful situations which has led her to writing a letter of resignation from her position. Apparently, it can be deduced that some of the issues that have led her to feel compelled to refute continuing to serve at Precista are the following. First is a conflict of interest and possessiveness of power from her father. Greta feels that her father wants to dominate in everything and does not leave a clear chance for delegation, more Precistaly to women. He is seen to become angry when decisions are made his absence and more i9mportanly, because Greta made the propositions. She thus feels insecure to continue working at the Precista as her father seems not valuing her as she. He makes her feel not qualified being aged lower than 50, female in gender and the emotional challenges engraved by her father, Mr. Huebel.
2.      Why did the working relationship between Greta and Franz change?
Greta and her father Franz had quit a reputable relationship before things began to fall apart. Regarding the article, amongst the issues that led to the breakdown of their relationship could be the following. Greta made a lot of efforts to make Precista a fine and successful business though her father seems not appreciative. He mostly rebukes her efforts rendering her to feel useless. Secondly, the graduating of her brother Peter seems to be deterring Greta and Franz’s relationship. On one side, Franz is led by the traditional notion that women should are naturally not leaders. That is aggravated by Peter acquiring a degree in engineering, which diverts Franz’s total attention and preference of Precista's leadership from Greta to Peter.
3.      If you were Greta, at the end of the case (B), what would you do?
At the end of case B, I feel that Huebel and the rest of the Company management show no enough interest for Greta. If I were Greta, I would remain adamant to my stipulations as per the second letter.
